With Thanksgiving just around the corner, now is the perfect time to show our gratitude for friends, family, and for being able to call this beautiful island home! 

The Oahu real estate market does not show any signs of cooling with the median home price topping $1 Million for the third month in a row! While factors including high demand and low supply are the main cause for this, we know it can be frustrating for those scouring the market for their dream home. 

Thankfully, our team has been able to successfully navigate these tricky conditions by staying up to date on the most current listings, coming up with creative strategies to make stronger offers, and by advocating for our clients every step of the way.
