However, soaring home prices and record low inventory levels have many potential buyers hoping for a Christmas miracle!

The median home price for single family residences increased by 15.6% to $1,000,000 in October when compared to the same time last year and the number of listings were down 1.1%. As the pandemic continues to inspire condo owners to search for a place with additional space, competition remains fierce for buyers.
