Another gorgeous O'ahu summer is approaching!
With travel restrictions being reduced, many families are in the midst of making vacation plans and looking forward to a change of scenery. For others, staying local and enjoying everything our beautiful island has to offer is on the horizon!
Either way, the real estate market is still in full swing. Mortgage rates are the lowest they have been the past two months and bidding wars are a frequent occurrence. To make things even more interesting, nearly 4.8 million Millennials turn 30 this year! This may mean an even greater increase in homebuyer demand.
